The company carries on the multi-residential building construction in the center of Batumi city ( on the crossing of King “Parnavaz” and H. Abashidze streets) and it is planned to complete the structure in Summer of 2016, and the commissioning of the surrender in September 2017.

The project is funded by the JSC Bank of Georgia according Adcharian government's target program.
