Recruitment agency Getworker ( head office in Croatia, Zagreb) is looking for a Recruiter. We open a new office in Georgia, Tbilisi and we need a new member in our team!
Requirements:
work experience 2+ years at similar position
high education
English language - upper-intermediate
proactivity, communication, responsibility, organisational skills and stress resistance
Responsibilities:
recruitment Georgian people on vacancies to Croatia
Maintain base of potential candidates
communication about their work permit and all documents what they need
advertising vacancies by different ways (job sites, advertising in newspapers, TV, etc.)
interview with candidates (hard and soft skills)
feedback to candidates
organise their transfer from Georgia to Croatia
