A Private Room is available for $850.00 per month. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom is shared. The room is on the second floor.
You will need the first and last month's rent to move in, for a total of $1,700. NO deposit needed.
This is a month to month rental with a minimum of two (2) months. With no application or rental contract.
We are not accepting any pets at this time since one of the residents is allergic.
There are four Male residents living in the house at this time.

I rent the rooms on a first come first served basis. So if you are serious about renting a room, bring your cash to rent it. I rent the rooms fast when ever they become vacant. Your rent begins when you pay the money and you can move in at your leisure.
