Our US-based company specializes in repairing household appliances. We looking for a great operator to join our team who will answer incoming calls and process requests for diagnostic technicians.
We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid of conflict situations and can handle customers while smoothly resolving complex issues. If you can demonstrate your skills in this area, we are ready to offer you a promotion to the manager position.
*Requirements:*
- Confident English language skills (C1, C2).
- Confident Russian (the team mostly speaks Russian).
- Attention to detail.
- Stress resistance. Ability to resolve conflicts.
- To work, you need a laptop or computer, good internet that is at least 50 Mbps, and a quiet workplace.
*Working Conditions:*
- Schedule 5/2, Mon-Fri
- 8:00—18:00 Los Angeles Time Zone
- Remote work
- Rate for the first month - $3/hour, from the second month - $3.2/hour. Upon promotion to manager - from $5/hour. On average, 150 hours per month with a schedule of 2/2 Sun-Mon.
Payments are made monthly through payment systems (PayPal/Payoneer/WesternUnion/Paysend etc). Direct transfers to a card or bank account are not possible.
*Responsibilities:*
- Answering calls and advising clients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Optimization of the technician route.
- Control of the technicians (notify the client if the master is late).
- Answers to incoming emails/sms.
The candidates will be considered in several stages.
1. English language proficiency level. You will need to send a short audio in English and talk (not read a pre-written text) about work experience. If you’re attaching the CV, please note that applications written in any language other than English will not be considered.
2. Interview, where we will tell you more about the vacancy, company, and team.
3. Independent study of the dispatcher knowledge base and passing tests, including checking information from the knowledge base and listening skills - listen to a snippet of a real conversation and record data, practical tasks to check the work in the CRM.
4. Another online meeting, where we will test your script knowledge in a dialogue format.
If you successfully pass these four stages, most of which involve self-study of information at a convenient time and pace for you, you are likely to join our team. You will need to complete an internship with a senior dispatcher. 1 to 4 shifts, depending on individual information perception speed. The senior dispatcher will assign your practical tasks, share knowledge about the daily tasks of dispatchers to prepare you for independent work.
