LLC Termolit produces high-frequency transistor generators of the VTG type with a capacity of 2.5 kW to 200 kW and a frequency of 2.4-10 kHz, 22 kHz, 44 kHz, 66 kHz.
High-frequency transistor generators are designed for:
- surface hardening of parts such as shaft, pinion shaft, gear, rod, link;
- hardening of the inner surfaces of the holes of steel parts;
- soldering with hard and soft solders of carbide plates of metal cutting tools;
- heating the workpieces before plastic deformation, pressing, stamping, rolling;
- hot landing of bearings, parts of powerful engines and various equipment;
- use as power sources for induction laboratory furnaces;
- heat treatment of welds;
- heating before welding large diameter pipes and many other technologies of induction heating.
