I am renting 1 bedroom flat situated in the best part of Batumi. Flat is in the building which consists of 22 floors and has a nice restaurant on the roof area (You can enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and a delicious Georgian food in there). Ideally I am looking for someone who is a professional staying in Batumi at least 3 months.
Rent is 400$ and does not include bills (internet, TV, electricity and water).
I would also consider holiday rental offers however rent will be no less than 80 GEL per night.
