Position: We are looking for a Customer Care Manager in the Spanish and English departments.

>Vacancy description:
>Incoming and outgoing calls with Spanish/English speakers.
>Assisting customers in placing orders on the site and entering information into the CRM system.
>No cold calls. You will work with a ready-made customer base.

>Requirements:
>Proficiency in Spanish/English at least level B2 (you will communicate with native speakers), clear speech.
>Opening hours: 16.00 to 01.00 in summer and from 17.00 to 02.00 in winter (in Tbilisi). The schedule can only be this, and we are looking for employees who are ready to work in such a schedule.
>Multi-tasking and attention to detail (you will be conducting a conversation and entering information into the system at the same time).
>Willingness to help and be patient. Our clients are elderly, usually over 65 years old.
