Role responsibilities:
>- greet the guests after arrival and assist them during the transfer to the hotel
>- being main point of contact during guests stay in the destination
>- assisting the clients in their requests
>- Professional presenting and effective selling of local tours and excursions - reporting the sales on weekly basis
>- assisting the clients with return transfer to the airport
>- liaise with hotels
>- resolving all potential issues and problems
>
>We are looking for:
>- minimum 1 year of experience being a representative of a Tour operator in the holiday destinations
>- effective sales person
>- fluent English and preferably Arabic speaker
>- open minded personality
>- dynamic and well organized
>- can do attitude
>- able to work without supervision
>- high level of responsibility
>- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel)
